Contract Performance Summary
Served as the sole software development contractor responsible for the full lifecycle development, enhancement, modernization, and sustainment of the National Weather Service's Advanced Hydrologic Prediction Service (AHPS). Designed, developed, tested, and delivered all application software supporting NOAA's nationwide hydrologic forecasting and water prediction mission. Collaborated closely with NOAA program offices, River Forecast Centers, hydrologists, and operations teams to translate mission requirements into production-ready capabilities. Delivered software releases to NOAA deployment teams for implementation within NOAA's on-premises operational environments, ensuring reliable access to critical flood forecasting, river monitoring, and water-resource decision-support services used by emergency managers, government agencies, and the public throughout the United States.
